Tom Green’s "Freddy Got Fingered" has been cited by many critics
as being the worst movie ever made, and although this is not
strictly a Tom Green vehicle, Stealing Harvard will give "Freddy" a
run for its money on that score.
I don’t even know where to begin to describe how bad this film is
(and it certainly doesn’t qualify to be called a "film," or even a
"movie." If you’ve seen the trailer on TV, you’ve seen the best two
scenes in the movie, and even those had to be edited in the
preview for maximum comic effect. The "plot" has more holes than
a colander and the script is an encyclopedia of cliches. Tom’s
forced "wackiness" does nothing to salvage the potential comic
effect of a single scene, and serve mostly to make you want to
leave the theatre as soon as possible. He has yet to prove himself
as a comedian, actor, comedic actor, or talent of any kind, but after
this movie will probably never get another chance in Hollywood to
    do so.
I don’t recall laughing, smiling or chuckling though the entire fiasco
    – is this a comedy??!! Every other actor involved with this project
will probably be scrambling to erase the memory of the
experience, as well as the name of this film from their resumes.
As another reviewer commented, don’t bother going, or renting the
video, or (for that matter) seeing anything else directed by Bruce
    McCulloch.
